I am in a daze right now, I can not believe that school is almost over. In my county the girls last day will be in within the second week of June.The time sure does fly by when so much is happening. Currently I do not have too much planned for the summer. Other then a short vacation to the beach and possibly going with my husband to the Dave Matthews Band concert. Oh and my husband wanted to take the girls to the zoo again. Who knows....maybe there will be more adventures. My oldest daughter has done well in 2nd grade, the only thing she needs to work on mainly is her handwriting. Other then that she is ready to move on to third grade. My other daughter has done better this year with being in kindergarten. Preschool was not a great time for her, it just was not working out. She still has had some struggles though. She has ADHD so it makes it really hard for her to focus and to remember things. I can say that is gradually getting better at her reading. As for my youngest daughter, she still has 2 more years before she starts school.
What are your plans for the summer? Have any vacations planned.
My kids are also in Kindergarten and Second Grade. It sure is crazy how fast the school year went! Sounds like you have a lot of fun things planned for the summer :)
