I am so excited I got to try this zester. My husband and I are always trying to spruce up our dishes with fresh garlic or zest of lemon. The zester is very sturdy! Super easy to clean and store in the kitchen. This is not a cheaply made product, I am very pleased with it. You can zest a lemon with it, or garlic, cheese or fresh spices like cinnamon. Great present to give to someone that is a cooking fanatic. Comes with a handy protector sleeve that covers it.
