No-Cook Breakfast for Dinner Recipes from Barbara’s

Prep Time: 15 minutes



INGREDIENTS

3 cups crushed Puffins

1/2 cup chopped almonds

1/2 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp. of vanilla extract

1 cup peanut butter

1 1/2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt

Toppings: PB Puffins, bananas, raspberries, honey drizzle

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, mix the crushed Puffins, almonds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and peanut butter until combined.

Press the Puffins mixture into an 9-inch pizza pan lined with parchment paper.

Chill for an hour to set. If you're in a hurry, freezing for 15 minutes will do the trick.

Remove from pan, then top with yogurt. Add your favorite fruit and toppings, and enjoy!



Puffins Power-Up Smoothie Bowl



INGREDIENTS FOR THE BOWL

1 large banana

1 ½ cups of frozen blueberries

½ cup milk or dairy-free alternative

2/3 cup of Puffins

2 Tbsp. nut butter (optional for extra protein)

INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPINGS

½ cup Puffins

Your favorite toppings – we recommend slicing strawberries, shredded coconut or chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients for bowl until smooth and thick. Pour into a bowl, add your favorite toppings and you’re done!
