From being a member of Influenster I was able to get the chance to try out the Braun No Touch + Forehead thermometer for free. In return to give my honest opinion of it. I really and truly love this thermometer and its ease of use. For any parent we all know a thermometer is a necessity in our medicine/first aid kit. This is easy to use and lightweight. Plus you do not need to have any attachments to buy. Which means no more worrying about changing out protection covers from child to child.
There are only two buttons and a switch on the side to worry about. The switch on the side turns the volume on or off. So when you are trying to play the silent ninja at night taking a temp, well here you go. No loud beeping noises to wake that sleeping angel. Then the other two buttons are the power button and the button to press to begin taking temp. It has three colors it shows on the screen. Green for a normal temp, yellow for early warning signs, red for high temps. I find this to be a relief for new parents who are not sure what is high and what is not. The no touch part is easy to use, you just point the light at the center front of the child's head a ding your done. Or you can just lightly rest it on the forehead in the same center front part of the forehead and get a reading.
All in all I find this product to be a two thumbs up. I see no down falls and should be a staple item for all parents.
Sometimes these are not so easy to use, this one sound pretty easy.
